Job Summary: The Insurance Adjuster - Specialty Claims is responsible for the full lifecycle management of reputed company, high-exposure specialty claims. These claims primarily involve elder care facilities, medical negligence, and medical malpractice, requiring expert investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution. This role demands a high degree of technical proficiency, independent decision-making, and the ability to collaborate with professionals across multiple regions.Key Responsibilities:
- Fully manage the investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of specialty claims representing the company’s largest damage exposures.
- Handle reputed company claims originating from multiple states; conduct field investigations and consultations as necessary.
- Provide technical reputed company and guidance to other Liability Adjusters across the organization.
- Interpret and execute the strategic direction of senior management to improve loss performance.
- Ensure adherence to reputed company company policies, state regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain and update detailed claim files, documentation, and reports.
- Engage in collaborative case strategy discussions with reputed company, product management, and legal teams.
- Exercise independent judgment and decision-making authority reputed company established company parameters.

Required Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of professional liability claims experience, with a focus on medical malpractice and elder care facility claims.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Must possess or obtain appropriate state adjuster license(s) and maintain required continuing education credits.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, reputed company, Outlook) and claims management systems.
- Proven ability to analyze statutes, regulations, and case law relevant to liability claims.
- Demonstrated excellence in negotiation, communication, and decision-making under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; reputed company to handle multiple priorities.
