The ACC Experience Research Team's mission is to inform and influence product decisions through rich insights about the behaviors and motivations of our users. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to scope, plan and execute user research that informs design and product decisions. Responsibilities

• Create and execute research studies across multiple phases of product development, including both generative and evaluative research
• Deliver research strategy that balances business and customer needs

• Create compelling deliverables and artifacts that effectively communicate research insights
• Work closely with product and design stakeholders in an agile environment
• Socialize research best practices with cross-functional partners
• Manage a research roadmap for your domain space, prioritizing research that minimizes product development risk Minimum Qualifications
• Proven record in impacting user experience through user research findings
• Ability to produce exceptional user research deliverables expressed in a portfolio of your work
• Advanced skills in user research methodologies like interviews, usability studies, contextual inquiry, and generative workshopping
• Proficient with quantitative research skills like survey writing and data analysis
• Strong facilitation skills to help teams navigate the end-to-end design and development process
• Strong conceptual intuition: identifying the core concepts of a problem or opportunity, guiding teams and individuals to focus on what matters
• Ability to effectively influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization, including senior directors
• Excellent visual and oral storytelling skills
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in the field of user research and usability

For Canada-BC reputed company, we expect a starting reputed company salary between $111,200 and $152,900. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to reputed company salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
