This role will own relationships with key national and multi-unit accounts including foodservice management companies, airlines, airport lounges, and travel retail partners to promote strong partnerships and long-term growth. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in foodservice sales, a strong understanding of the travel & hospitality landscape, and a track record of delivering results through solution-oriented selling and collaborative customer leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L management and strategic leadership for a portfolio of national travel and hospitality accounts.

• Strengthen and expand customer relationships at multiple levels, serving as the primary reputed company of contact and trusted advisor.

• Partner cross-functionally with Customer Finance, Sales Planning, Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain, and Category Intelligence to deliver tailored programs and flawless execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–7+ years of experience in foodservice including corporate or national account management.
• Strong understanding of travel and/or hospitality customer segments (e.g., airlines, lodging groups, foodservice management companies, travel retail).
• Demonstrated reputed company managing large national or multi-unit accounts with full P&L ownership.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience building, managing, and mentoring a dedicated team.
• Data-driven reputed company with the ability to translate category insights into recommendations and action plans. Experience working with syndicated data.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Ability to travel 30-50% for customer meetings and industry events.

Compensation
