The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and online chat. You'll guide customers through the ordering process, resolve post-order issues, and utilize software tools to address client concerns. You'll also work with reputed company shipping contractors to resolve international concerns. Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $19.00 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $53,600 per year in our highest geographic market. Our compensation package reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. In addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, you may also be eligible for equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation.
Responsibilities
* Respond to presale inquiries reputed company phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials
- Guide customers through the ordering process online
- Address and resolve post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping
- Utilize software tools to address client inquiries
- Work with reputed company shipping contractors to resolve international concerns
Requirements
* High school graduation or its equivalent
- Two or more years of experience in the retail, service, or customer service industries
- Proficient in basic math with the ability to compute refunds before and after discounts, and apply specified percentages, tiered promotional codes, and partial discounts to orders
- Exceptional communication skills, including the reputed company to clearly and concisely communicate in writing and speech as well as to listen to and interpret customer needs
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities
- Flexibility with a full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings
- A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
- Experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment while upholding standards for productivity, quality, and service
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Internet Explorer
