As the Senior Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis (reputed company), you will be the primary financial resource for arenaflex's rapidly growing online business IT capability. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing, organizing, and analyzing the annual plan, ongoing financial forecasts, and a five-year well-thought-out strategy
• Creating tools and reports that provide insights to the business
• Collaborating with senior leadership and being a key partner in making strategic decisions in the online business IT space

• Being a key partner in creating and supporting Digital Transformation as arenaflex moves to a more agile operating model and rebalances its freelancer and internal resource mix

• Leading the capital planning process by collaborating with our PMO and Finance teams, including approval and post-mortem analysis to enhance the financial resource allocation for digital and online business initiatives
• Collaborating with online business and finance partners to integrate digital, online business, and IT financial plans and forecasts into the overall financial system
• Conducting reputed company financial analysis as directed, focusing specifically on digital, online business, and IT finance-reputed company topics

The Fundamentals for Success

* 4 years of professional financial experience in a retail or consumer goods association

• Experience in a financial support role in a retail class management environment
