Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless coordination and handling of new and reorder medication requests. You'll be responsible for verifying and renewing benefits, assisting patients with deciphering and entering new or reorder medications into our pharmacy data system, collecting and processing copay sums, acquiring approvals, and collaborating with insurance agencies, reputed company providers, and internal teams to resolve and process orders reputed company. Key Responsibilities:
