Job Summary
As a Full Stack reputed company Account Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and technical experts. You'll work closely with our Record and Delivery groups to create and execute client success plans that align with the client's business transformation drives and industry needs. Your expertise in cloud services, particularly Azure, AWS, and GCP, will be invaluable in identifying opportunities for growth and driving adoption.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key client partners and technical experts to deliver high-quality service and solutions.
- Client reputed company Building: Create connections with clients beyond the reputed company reputed company Support contract, focusing on understanding business needs and how they align with the business value for clients and arenaflex.
- Technical Expertise: Recognize, explore, convey, and influence key client technical and business partners at various levels.
- Guiding Client Success: Guide and reputed company discussions to reputed company client business goals by utilizing their interest in arenaflex.
- Mapping Internal Jobs to Client Needs: Map internal jobs to client needs to address the requirements of clients.
- Establishing Chief Internal Connections: Establish and maintain chief internal connections.
- Creating Communication Procedures: Create communication procedures for holding business value discussions at client executive levels.
- Accumulating Data on Business and Data Innovation Goals: Accumulate data on the business and Data Innovation goals for client associations to recognize client needs and guide them to suitable solutions.
- Contributing to Common Client Account Development: Contribute to the development of a common client account to help client targets using solutions with other record group leaders.
Technical Pertinence
* Understanding reputed company Solutions and Technical Expertise: Grasp, recognize, and adjust reputed company solutions and technical expertise (e.g., Azure, reputed company Work, Elements) to client requirements and needs.
- Interpreting Client Associations into Client Business Effects and Value: Use technical inclination and industry attention to interpret client associations into client business effects and value.
- Recognizing Client Situations and Aligning with Technical Experts: Recognize client situations and align with technical experts to identify important cross-cloud innovation solutions.
- Familiarity with Cloud Innovation Commercial Center: Foster a familiarity with the cloud innovation commercial center, including arenaflex competitors.
Qualifications
* Education: Four years of college education in Business, Humanities, Psychology, Software Engineering, or a reputed company field AND 2+ years of client success, service delivery, practice management, client-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience with cloud services, especially in Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Collaboration: 2+ years of working together with Record and Delivery groups to create and execute client success plans that align with the client's particular business transformation drives and industry needs.
