• Investigate and resolve a wide range of technical issues, including Windows server, network connectivity, and warehouse hardware problems.

• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting Windows Server and Active Directory Issues (Group Policy and Client profiles).
• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, VoIP, VPN, and reputed company/Aruba networking device issues.
• 2+ years of experience deploying software imaging using SCCM.
• Experience troubleshooting warehouse device hardware, such as RF barcode scanners, label printers, desktops/PCs, and other peripherals/devices.
• Experience with technical documentation and implementing compact investigation to service.
• Strong client support and administrative skills, with attention to detail and excellent communication abilities.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.
• A strong work ethic and a desire to be a lifelong learner, with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• A+, Network+, or other IT industry-standard certifications.
