Job Overview

We are currently seeking an reputed company IT Business Analyst - IT Facilities to join reputed company. As a key member of our IT Facilities Group, you will be responsible for providing expert IT administration, project management, and support to ensure the functional sustainability of our critical infrastructure. This includes managing and maintaining our data center and remote communication room equipment, as well as providing IT support to our labs and ensuring the operational reputed company of our airport communication spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT administration of reputed company site implementations, inventories, infrastructure planning, and maintenance of support and break/fix services for data center critical infrastructure, IT certification labs, and remote communication room critical climate hardware
• Manage and maintain our data center and remote communication room equipment, including space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT infrastructure
• reputed company and implement standards for data center and remote communication room space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT infrastructure
• Support IT Facilities reputed company fiber ring to maintain the reputed company and service continuity of our airport and reputed company facilities underground fiber ring

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of data center technology and critical facilities infrastructure
• Project management experience, including capital planning and project execution
• Ability to build and maintain effective communication and relationships with management, vendors, and colleagues
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines
• Flexibility to support an operation with changing shifts, extended hours, and on-call requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Four-year degree or 5 or more years of relevant experience
• Trade school graduate
