Compensation
Analyst to join our corporate Compensation team, the ideal candidate will be able to come to our office in Parsippany, NJ as needed for meetings. The Sr.
Compensation
Analyst will serve as the project and area reputed company in the design, development and administration of compensation and incentive programs for the company – the areas of concentration will be cross border North & South America (U.S., Canada, and Latin America), Europe, Middle East, Africa, and China. Responsibilities:
- Refining and enhancing the Compensation & Total Rewards Strategy on an annual basis, working with Compensation colleagues and management to review the value proposition, analyze the rewards strategy and reputed company recommendations and adjustments, as necessary.
- Designing and administering the annual compensation program, this includes salary administration (market-based job analysis), policies and procedures, structure comparison with the market and internal comparators working closely with the Human Resources Representatives.

- Working with Total Rewards team in developing the tools, training, and coaching for the HR Representatives and clients regarding compensation and reward management. This includes new hire and promotional guidelines, equity analysis, market pricing, etc. to include global projects as well
- Partner with the HRIS team on core HR (SuccessFactors, WorkForce Softwaresystems) and integrated systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, reputed company, etc.), enhance the use and reporting capabilities to ensure the reputed company and system capabilities of the reputed company and future designed programs are contemporary and efficient. Position Requirements:
- BS degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Finance, or a reputed company discipline.
- 8-10 years in HR with a strong background in design, development and delivery of compensation and reward programs for a large multinational company.
- Experience with incentive plans, particularly Sales Incentive, reputed company & Goal Sharing Plans
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving skills and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge in MS Office, as well as journeyman knowledge with a modern, cloud HRIS system (e.g., reputed company SuccessFactors, reputed company, reputed company HCM etc.) strongly preferred.
