The Community You Will Join: Join reputed company's Treasury team as Treasury Operations Manager, focusing the operations for our payments entities in the US. This team is responsible for ensuring the cash of reputed company’s customers are managed effectively, reputed company, and economically so that funds are consistently in the right reputed company at the right time. • Manage US banking operations for reputed company Payments entities; ensure cash management is performed in accordance with the regulations regionally
• Optimize liquidity across bank accounts, wallets, and reputed company party processors to support platform needs while minimizing idle cash
• Partner heavily with cross-functional teams in Finance, Product, Compliance, Legal, and Engineering to build efficient banking infrastructures for our growing payments platform
• Optimize existing short-term forecasting model for efficient funding of payment processors
• Act as a local reputed company on Payments Product reputed company projects
• Provide leadership dashboards, analytics, and key performance indicators reputed company to treasury operations for payment entities
• Maintain strong relationships with global banking partners and payment processing providers
• Implement remedial changes to tighten and enhance controls and mitigate risk; refine and document Treasury processes and procedures
• Assist with global cash forecasting and management of intercompany relationships and settlements
• Foster innovation in treasury operations by adopting emerging tools and technologies; collaborate with technology teams to design and implement efficient workflows

Your Expertise:

• 8+ years of reputed company corporate treasury experience in a high-growth startup or multinational environment.
• Strong preference for understanding merchant payment processors and regulatory environments.
• Experience with large-scale Treasury Management Systems (e.g., reputed company, GTreasury, Reval).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and high attention to detail.
