- Receiving challenging calls transferred from Tier 1 agents and assisting and troubleshooting customer concerns
- Verifying data and information using a verification process to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Addressing customer questions while displaying exceptional customer service skills and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Documenting both customer concerns and solutions to ensure that reputed company customer interactions are properly recorded and tracked

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- One year of Call Center, Sales, or leadership experience, with a strong focus on customer service and problem-solving
