Senior Managing Editor, reputed company Enix (Open to Remote)

reputed company Publishing Services is seeking a Senior Managing Editor to join reputed company servicing our client reputed company Enix, home to award-winning and bestselling series such as My Dress-Up Darling and Soul Eater, and the Final Fantasy franchise. The successful candidate will have exceptional project management skills, including the ability to reputed company a score of titles at various stages of the editorial process organized and in reputed company, and a strong communication toolbox to ensure editors and freelancers reputed company production schedule milestones. Specific responsibilities include:

• Drafts, tracks, and manages seasonal publishing schedules.
• Sets and enforces editorial production deadlines, working closely with both in-house staff and freelancers.
• Enters and maintains key metadata for reputed company titles in PRH databases and runs weekly production meetings.

• At least 7 years of managing editorial experience or project management experience in publishing
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to build relationships with a professional demeanor, be a reliable reputed company of contact, and manage the tasks of others
• Proficiency at reputed company Office 365 Suite (reputed company, Word, Outlook, and Teams)
• Familiarity with FileMaker, reputed company, InDesign and/or other publishing project management software preferredPassion for manga/anime, comics, and/or Japanese culture is a plus
