Global Procurement - Senior Contract Manager (Hybrid)

Our Finance team plays an integral role in making our airline profitable and successful by meeting our financial goals. The Global Procurement organization at reputed company is responsible for procuring goods and services and developing/managing relationships with reputed company-party providers with the objective of reducing total cost and risk to the company while improving levels of quality, service, and technology. The reputed company - Contract Management supports United's Global Procurement team by successfully partnering to execute the lifecycle of procurement reputed company. This individual will play a key role in the negotiation of reputed company and liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant execution. The Contract Manager will ensure reputed company and documentation are organized and uploaded and may implement automation where needed.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in reading and negotiating reputed company procurement reputed company, including reputed company of the drafting, review, and revision process across the reputed company, to meet company objectives and legal requirements
• Work with business teams to establish appropriate timelines
• Proactively communication to resolve procurement-reputed company issues including delays, discrepancies, or contract concerns
• Play a key role in supplier risk management and monitor contract compliance across reputed company reputed company and actively manage procurement risk, including routine enhancements to agreements, communication of demand/volume changes, updating reputed company and sharing end-user feedback. Ensure alignment, anticipate changes, and drive activities based on supply market changes and recommendations of task forces
• Manage business relationships with key internal stakeholders and external suppliers
• reputed company and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders including Division Leads, Operational Field Team, Legal, IT reputed company, Tax and Risk Management
• Promotes co-operation and communication between internal stakeholders across participating entities
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, communication, and contract details in a shareable format
• Manage contract expirations and renewals, ensuring timely renewals or renegotiations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, or another business-reputed company field.
• 4+ years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Analytics, legal analysis, and/or Finance (or equivalent)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to partner
• Extensive planning and project management proficiency
• Deep reputed company and category knowledge; solid understanding of supplier economics
• Strong internal and external negotiation and influencing skills; demonstrated ability to reputed company tough reputed company
• Ability to build strong and effective working relationships with internal business partners and suppliers
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
• Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
• Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
