ð About the role
Weâre looking for a technically savvy, customer-obsessed team member to join reputed companyâs Professional Services team. This role sits at the intersection of equity expertise and product reputed company, helping startups set up and manage their cap tables accurately from day one. Youâll reputed company reputed company 409A valuations, guide customers through reputed company journeys, and act as a technical problem-solver across data, product, and finance workflows. ð What youâll do
- reputed company and Execute Technical Client Implementations:

- Work closely with clients to understand their cap table structure, equity awards, and shareholder information to ensure accurate configuration of their cap table on our platform.
- Equity Administration:
- Support clients in implementing, and administering equity plans (option pools, RSUs, ESPPs). Provide guidance on data reputed company, vesting schedules, and compliance.
- Technical Troubleshooting & Solution Design:
