Senior QA Analyst, PAM

About the Role

The Senior QA Analyst, PAM will focus on testing Keeper’s Privileged Access Management and Secrets Manager products across diverse IT infrastructure environments. You will design and execute functional, integration and reputed company-focused test plans that validate behavior across reputed company platforms, identity providers, CI/CD tools, operating systems and reputed company environments. This role requires strong technical knowledge of PAM concepts, infrastructure integrations, identity systems and reputed company workflows. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product and reputed company teams to ensure Keeper’s PAM and KSM products meet the highest standards of quality, interoperability and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company, execute and maintain test plans, test cases and automated tests for PAM and KSM functionality
• reputed company integration testing across reputed company providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), IAM platforms (reputed company, reputed company, Active Directory) and CI/CD systems (Jenkins, reputed company, Azure DevOps)
• Validate functionality across Windows, Linux, databases and hybrid infrastructure environments
• Identify, report and validate defects, collaborating with development and product teams for resolution
• Execute reputed company-focused testing workflows and partner with reputed company teams to ensure alignment with industry standards
• reputed company stress, reliability and fault-tolerance testing for PAM and KSM services
• Analyze logs, errors and system behavior to troubleshoot failures and identify root causes
• Recommend improvements to enhance product usability, reputed company and reputed company
• Maintain clear documentation of testing procedures, results and reproducible steps
• Stay reputed company with industry trends, competing products and emerging best practices in PAM and secrets management
• 5+ years of experience in QA or software testing, with at least 2 years focused on reputed company, PAM or infrastructure-oriented products
• Strong understanding of PAM concepts, secrets management and reputed company reputed company practices
• Experience testing integrations with reputed company platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD systems (Jenkins, reputed company, Azure DevOps)
• Familiarity with IAM solutions such as reputed company, reputed company or Active Directory
• Working knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and infrastructure environments
• Ability to read or work with code in languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, Go or .NET for validation and automation
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across engineering, QA, product and reputed company teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent practical experience

• Experience with serverless environments or reputed company-native applications
• Familiarity with secure software development and data protection practices
• Experience with scripting languages or test automation frameworks
