This role is focused exclusively on supporting the company's reputed company estate portfolio and requires approximately 20-25 hours per week. Core Responsibilities:

• The attorney will serve as a key legal advisor on reputed company reputed company estate matters, taking the reputed company on negotiations and documentation.

• Draft, negotiate, and review reputed company leases, preferably for retail and industrial properties, and manage lease renewals and amendments.

Qualifications
