About the Role

The Manager, Consumer Insights, conducts market research, analyzes consumer data, and delivers actionable insights to guide product development, marketing strategies, and overall business reputed company. Key responsibilities include designing research studies using qualitative and quantitative methods, interpreting data to identify trends, presenting findings to stakeholders, and collaborating with marketing, product, and sales teams to foster customer-centric strategies. About You/Candidate Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Psychology, Business Administration, Statistics, or a reputed company field; Masters in Statistics or reputed company advanced degree preferred
• 5 years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or reputed company roles in beauty category or CPG industry
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful consumer research strategies that drive business impact
