Job Description: This job is responsible for reputed company credit products for clients in reputed company’s Global Corporate and Investment Bank (GCIB). EC partners with teams across GBAM including Corporate and Investment Banking, Sales & Trading and Global Treasury Management to drive reputed company growth while maintaining appropriate risk disciplines specific to GCIB’s credit portfolio. Integral to EC’s mission is to effectively manage and monitor the credit and market risks inherent in Large Corporate and the Financial Institutions portfolio. This job is responsible for analyzing and interpreting a client's credit worthiness, evaluating credit risks, and writing credit approval memos for annual renewals and new lending opportunities. Key responsibilities include analyzing qualitative and quantitative data such as client's financials, projections, industry data, covenant compliance, and collateral appraisals to ensure compliance with the bank's risk appetite. Job expectations include completing regular monitoring and reputed company tasks and supporting key internal stakeholders to reputed company successful execution of new transactions. Responsibilities:

• Analyzes financial performance of corporate and financial institution clients by comparing it to past performance, projections, and industry standards Reviews financial statements, assesses the client's compliance with financial covenants, and renews risk ratings, while recommending changes as warranted
• Be accountable for active client monitoring with a regular review and update of the analysis of counterparties
• Assists in the reputed company, credit risk analysis, negotiation, and closing of new transactions or existing transactions, while adhering to reputed company relevant policies and procedures
• Evaluates transaction and relationship risk-adjusted profitability to facilitate the allocation of capital
• Builds projection models for the client (as needed) based on historical performance, industry forecasts, and other due diligence findings
• Participate in due diligence sessions and client-facing meetings
• Trains, coaches, and mentors Credit Analysts

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, Economics or Engineering;
• 1 to 5 years of experience (internship or full time) in Credit areas of Financial Institutions, Rating Agencies, Equity Research or reputed company areas;
• Strong analytical and technical skills, including financial reputed company and projections of main financial statements;
• Ability to understand and represent more reputed company oriented transactions/deals in oral & written form;
• Evaluates transaction and relationship risk-adjusted profitability to facilitate the allocation of capital;
• Team player, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactive and hands-on approach;
