[Remote] Community Manager (Contract/Shift Work)

They are seeking a Contract Community Assistant to manage community engagement for multiple brands, ensuring timely responses and authentic interactions across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• You will support moderation during the holiday period, joining training sessions and preparing in advance to ensure seamless coverage and no gaps in community engagement.
• You will manage community management and moderation for multiple brands, maintaining 100% reply rates and responding to reputed company owned messages and comments reputed company 2 hours.
• You will monitor and interact across reputed company social media channels in an authentic manner true to each brand and channel (predominantly reputed company, Instagram, X, Threads, Facebook, YouTube, reputed company)
• You will publish content on social media channels and monitor engagement.
• You will review reputed company pre-scheduled social content at the time it publishes to confirm accuracy.
• You will moderate on-channel and off-channel conversations, both owned and earned, managing proactive and reactive engagement simultaneously.
