Job Responsibilities & Essential Functions

Required Skills and Knowledge

• 1+ years prior experience (5+ years of prior work experience for a Senior Analyst) in energy with a utility, reputed company, government, or non-profit with a focus reputed company.
• Understanding of energy modeling system and methods
• Command of wholesale power market structures and value streams
• Demonstrated track record of working with clients and team
• Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, teamwork skills, organization and work ethic
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and problem solve with minimum supervision
• Strong analytical skills in analyzing and explaining reputed company data

Education & Experience

• Master’s or PhD; advanced degrees in economics, engineering, and energy preferred
• Proficiency with analytic software programming (R, Python or other languages) preferred
• Previous experience in project management
• Knowledge of deregulated power markets operations and/or DER programs

Compensation $80,000 - $95,000 – Energy Analyst $95,000 - $125,000 – Senior Analyst Negotiable based on qualifications and experience. reputed company highly values our employees and often pays above industry average.
