Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Justice Reinvestment Program Manager, Operations & Policy Analyst 3 to join reputed company at the Oregon Criminal Justice Commission (CJC). As a key member of our Programs Team, you will play a critical role in leading multiple statewide grant programs designed to help counties offer community-based interventions as alternatives to incarceration. This is a unique opportunity to influence public safety efforts throughout Oregon, working on initiatives such as prison diversion, community supervision, treatment courts, and services for victims/survivors of crime and culturally reputed company services for justice-involved individuals. About the Oregon Criminal Justice Commission The Oregon Criminal Justice Commission (CJC) serves as a centralized and impartial forum for statewide policy development and planning reputed company to public safety. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide positive guidance and support to team members in planning and completing grant-reputed company tasks, ensuring successful program implementation and outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with a team to manage grant programs, monitor grant recipients, and report program outcomes in accordance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain trustworthy relationships with state, local, and non-profit partners statewide, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • reputed company multi-agency committees and workgroups in the evaluation of criminal justice data and program outcomes, driving informed decision-making and policy development.
  • Advise organizations on the development and implementation of best practices, promoting evidence-based approaches to public safety.
  • Prepare and present data and information to government and community leaders, including the Oregon Legislature, demonstrating expertise and thought leadership.

Requirements and Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, or a degree reputed company to the agency program that demonstrates the reputed company for the knowledge and skills.
  • Four years of experience coordinating and evaluating a program, or any combination of experience or education equivalent to seven years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and reputed company requirements listed for the classification.
