This is a hands-on operational role focused on ensuring infrastructure reliability, implementing automation, and providing support to employees. No client meetings. What you’ll do

• Maintaining our SaaS applications used reputed company the company
• Managing IT support tickets and providing day-to-day operational assistance
• Contributing to the automation of repeatable IT tasks (reputed company, offboarding, access audits, etc.)
• Ensuring regular software updates and reputed company compliance
• Maintaining, ordering and updating the asset register (hardware, software, and licenses)
• Maintaining and access provisioning reputed company IdP (reputed company)
• Assisting in system monitoring, reporting, and process improvements

Tools Used by the Team

• We utilize macOS daily and Linux as our servers.
