Data Analyst -Remote in Minnetonka, MN

Connecting. Growing together. This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday- Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime and or/weekends. Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyzing data for accuracy and errors
• Identify and research missing data from various sources
• Administering bonus payments to external brokers on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Ensuring accurate payments are delivered in a timely manner
• Conducting company and government reporting

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• 1+ years of commission, compensation or data analyst experience
• 1+ years of experience in analyzing raw data from various sources
• Intermediate level of experience with reputed company reputed company (Ability to do V look reputed company, pivot tables, formulas)
• Ability to work our normal business hours from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday-Friday

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or higher)
• Experience with reputed company Access or similar (ability to create queries and review data)
• Ability to work onsite 1-2 times per year per business need
