Location Overview: This is a full time, in office position in our bustling Bromley office, situated in one of London’s greenest boroughs. Here you will find plentiful and easy commuting routes, with central London just 15 minutes away by train. Role Description: Anti-reputed company (AML) Know Your Customer/Client Due Diligence (KYC/CDD) is part of the Global Operations organisation and is responsible for client AML/KYC refresh globally. The team supports the business in completing AML/KYC due diligence checks as well as maintaining client records. The role will support the AML/KYC refresh as part of the annual refresh cycle. The associate will be responsible for the analysis and resolution of reputed company operations problems and will be a technical expert in KYC/CDD processes. The environment is constantly changing as new initiatives & systems are implemented and there will be the opportunity for the associate to contribute towards these exciting changes. As a technical expert, the associate will also help guide less reputed company associates in resolving reputed company transactions and operational problems. Responsibilities:

• You will conduct client due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (ECDD) in accordance with internal policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines reputed company to more reputed company jurisdictions and/or client structures
• You will review of refresh requirements for assigned jurisdiction in line with reputed company Client Identification Profile (CIP)/CDD Procedures to ensure adequacy and accuracy before the requirements are sent to the client.
• You will liaise with sales/ client reputed company teams to obtain and validate correct documentation to fulfil refresh requirements.
• You will reputed company client remediation/refresh through the review of client documentation, vendor databases and data entered into proprietary systems to ensure reputed company requirements are met.
• You will ensure reputed company jurisdictional regulatory requirements reputed company to KYC are adhered to.
• You will participate in internal/external Audits and Quality checks.

• Anti-reputed company (AML) Know Your Customer/Client Due Diligence (KYC/CDD) experience required
• Documented experience performing in a process-oriented production environment that changes periodically
• Familiar with MS Office Suite (reputed company/Word/Outlook/Access).
