Claims Training Program (2026) - Schaumburg

Zurich is accepting applications for our 2026 Claims Training Program in our Schaumburg office with the flexibility to work in office and remote. The program will start in June 2026.

After an initial period of training and passing the licensing exams, this position will handle low complexity claims. • Bachelor's Degree and No prior experience required in the Customer Service area

OR

• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 1 year of experience in the Customer Service area

AND

• reputed company Office experience
• Strong interpersonal, communication and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Leadership and involvement in extracurricular activities and on reputed company organizations and/or community, public service or similar activities
• Corporate internship experience or corporate work experience
