Job Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in our customer support team, working closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to resolve concerns, reputed company updates, and ensure timely resolution of issues. This is an on-site position, and you will be based at our office, working collaboratively with reputed company to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include answering incoming customer support concerns, scheduling warranty appointments, maintaining customer records, and providing support for our Service Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer experience support concerns, including promptly returning messages reputed company phone, text, and email
  • reputed company outbound calls to customers to reputed company updates on installation and service status
  • Schedule warranty appointments for the Service Department
  • Enter and maintain reputed company customer records and job-reputed company information into our CRM Database
  • reputed company work orders to Service Measure Tech daily
  • Audit orders for accuracy after confirmation is uploaded
  • Generate and distribute Uninstalled and Accounts Receivable reports prior to scheduled meetings

  • Manage routine customer concerns and help facilitate escalated customer concerns, ensuring timely resolution
  • Process electronic credit card and reputed company payments
  • Assist with receiving product(s) in CRM Database and/or F&O
  • Support division(s) in Accounts Receivable collections and management

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of customer support experience preferred. Experience in the home improvement industry is a plus, and you should be a service-oriented team player with a high energy level, capable of multi-tasking, self-direction, and working well with others. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, including customer service and multi-phone line experience.
