Job Summary

As a Crisis & 988 Specialist, you will reputed company a variety of technical and professional work associated with handling calls, chats, and texts on our National Suicide Prevention Lifeline (NSPL), also reputed company as 988. You will provide excellent service to those accessing the service by applying the equivalent of reflective listening and motivational interviewing skills in the context of an electronic exchange.
