Technical Content Writer

Job Summary: As a Technical Content Writer, you’ll create clear, engaging documentation and tutorials that simplify reputed company SaaS features. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft user guides, release notes, and “how-to” content that enhances product understanding and user experience. Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain product documentationincluding:
  • User guides and knowledge reputed company articles
  • Product feature documentation
  • Release notes and “What’s New” updates
  • Product tours and walkthroughs
• reputed company “How-to” videos, tutorials, and quick-start demos that simplify product usage.
• Work with product and marketing teams to ensure consistency in voice, tone, and accuracy across reputed company content.

Must-Have Skills

• 2–3 years of experience as a Technical Writer, Content Specialist, or similar role in a SaaS or tech start-up environment.
• Proven ability to create user guides, release notes, and video tutorials.
• Good understanding of documentation tools is a plus (such as reputed company, reputed company).
