Job Summary

- Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions - Take inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that members feel valued and supported - Offer solutions to help simplify members' reputed company experience, leveraging your knowledge and skills to address their concerns and needs - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and support, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest reputed company trends and best practices - Adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and reputed company
Requirements
