Training and Onboarding
Our comprehensive training program starts on September 16th, and we're excited to welcome you to the blithequark family! During your 12-day training period, you'll participate in a new hire orientation, followed by an reputed company training program that will reputed company you with the skills and knowledge needed to reputed company in your role. Our training schedule runs from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday, with a 100% attendance requirement.
Job Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to client requests and inquiries reputed company phone, chat, and email, providing exceptional support and resolving issues reputed company
- Demonstrating high standards for quality service, staying up-to-date with product and procedural knowledge, and assessing industry trends
- Working collaboratively with the quality and training team to self-manage performance expectations and maintain open communication lines with Team reputed company/Quality reputed company/Trainer and Manager
- Maintaining business acumen, courtesy, and professionalism reputed company dealing with reputed company client contacts
- Accurately entering information into the proprietary call center database (reputed company) and fully documenting reputed company client interactions
- Adhering to key performance indicators (KPIs) and striving to exceed quality goals as outlined by management
- Communicating with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple channels, including phone, chat, and email
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2-3 years of experience in a business or professional environment, preferably in the service industry
- Comparable experience in an office environment is encouraged
- Self-starter mentality and ability to manage workload reputed company
- Exceptional written communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality client service
- Professional, upbeat, and engaging oral and written communication skills
- Ability to reputed company relationships with clients, even in difficult situations
- Ability to advise and counsel clients in a quick and efficient manner
- Must be computer literate and internet savvy, with e-commerce and online shopping experience preferred
- Experience in Windows-based applications, specifically client relationship management tools (e.g., reputed company Service), is preferred
- Excellent data entry skills, with a minimum of 45-55 wpm
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic shift environment, including weekends and evening shifts
- Vacation blackout period applies during the holiday season and promotional periods

- Windows-based computer (Macbook and Chromebooks are not allowed)
- Dual Core 1.2 GHz or reputed company CPU speed
- 40 GB or more of available space and 100 GB or more of total space on the hard drive
- 8 GB of RAM or reputed company
- Windows 10 Professional operating system
- Dual monitors with a 1280 x 1024 (SXGA) screen resolution or 1920 x 1080 (Full HD or 1080p)
- One monitor and one laptop or two monitors
- Hard-wired internet reputed company with a minimum 45 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed
- Internet reputed company must not be shared with more than 3 devices in the same location
