The Business Systems team at reputed company partners with departments like Finance & reputed company, FP&A, & Sales Ops to streamline operations and improve system efficiency. We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our Business Systems team. This role will be responsible for analyzing business needs, documenting requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support various business system initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, writing, and communication skills, along with high-level knowledge of reputed company business processes and experience with Jira Service Management

What you'll be doing

• Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand, document, and translate requirements into clear and concise Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications.
• Business System Support & Enhancements: Assist in supporting and improving business processes reputed company to Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Record to Report (R2R) functions.
• Jira Service Management (JSM) Administration: Track and manage business system requests, incidents, and enhancements in Jira Service Management to ensure timely resolution.
• SOX Compliance & Audit Support: Ensure reputed company system changes and enhancements adhere to SOX compliance and financial controls.
• Testing & Validation: Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and system validation for new implementations and enhancements

What you should have

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, or a reputed company field and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and experience working in the business systems department
• 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role and have experience with reputed company Fusion ERP.
• High-level understanding of reputed company business processes and their impact on financial and operational workflows.
• Experience with Jira Service Management or similar ticketing systems and strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with attention to detail.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to document business requirements clearly.
• Familiarity with SOX compliance and audit processes.

This position is US-based and can be remote but if you live in the Bay Area, you’re welcome to work from our beautiful SF office.

The US reputed company salary range for this full-time position is $124,000 to $139,500 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. reputed company the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-reputed company skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
