Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the voice of our brand, working closely with customers to resolve their queries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
- Knowledge of home goods and furniture industry
- Certification in customer service or a reputed company field
