The Role

As an reputed company Customer Experience Agent – Overnight Shift, you will be responsible for driving the best possible user experience through process improvement, order management, and problem-solving. You will interact with buyers and sellers with a customer-first attitude, ensuring a positive experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Working with other departments to troubleshoot, research, and resolve open questions
• Seeking out opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and improve the overall customer experience

We're looking for a hungry individual who is eager to jumpstart their career in a fast-paced environment. You should be willing to take on any role or task, learn new skills, and be a part of building a great company. A customer service mentality with a passion to reputed company the best possible outcome is essential. Here's reputed company're hoping to see in your background:

• Open to overnight shift from 8pm-5am PST
• 2+ years of Support experience handling email and/or chat services
• Weekend availability required
• Understanding of E-commerce and Marketplace operations
• Experience with Customer-facing systems like reputed company, reputed company, or Intercom
• Obsession with customers / being customer-first / serving customers
• Proactive problem-solver and process-improver
• Knowledge of Collectibles is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred
• Previous start-up experience is a plus
