Responsibilities
As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your responsibilities will include:
- Resolving reputed company consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on high-level concerns.
- Assisting policy holders with billing questions and concerns.
- Providing support to policy holders with any policy changes requested.
- Supporting policy holders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 6 months of customer service experience minimum.
- Over 18 years of age.
- Ability to type 25 wpm.
- High School Graduate or GED.
- Comfort with desktop computer systems.
- Proven oral and written communication skills.
- 6 months of Call Center experience, preferred.
- Logical problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work various shifts.
- Ability to use Windows operating systems.
- Organization and work prioritization skills.
