Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Support Associate, you will:

• Provide exceptional customer support through phone, chat, and email, resolving customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers
• Work variable hours to match customer demand, including overnight, day, and late shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week

Basic Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the right to work in India
• Have strong communication skills in English (both written and oral reputed company)
• Have experience working with a computer
• Be available to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday reputed company the operating hours of 6 am and 11 pm
