What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering inbound calls from individuals seeking assistance with public benefit programs enrollment
• Interacting with customers in a professional, empathetic, and compassionate manner, providing information in accordance with established policies, procedures, and privacy laws
• Assisting customers with program enrollment, routing them to the appropriate contacts reputed company three-way calls to ensure a smooth call transfer
• Providing translation services for callers who don't speak English, as well as reputed company services for callers with speech or hearing impairments
• Placing outbound calls as needed to share time-sensitive information with customers
• Using multiple computer systems to access data and document information

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a health or reputed company services setting
