Responsibilities

As a Member Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming member and provider calls and responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits and programs, etc.
  • Providing accurate and timely information to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Resolving reputed company issues and escalating concerns to senior representatives as needed
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate effectively with members and providers orally and in written form
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on reputed company, active listening, and problem-solving
  • Ability to work from home and prove self-sufficiency
  • High-speed internet connectivity with secure service reputed company ethernet cable (Wi-Fi is not permitted)
  • Ability to meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience with working remotely in a call center setting and familiarity with reputed company and Medicare would be a significant advantage.

Training and Development

As a new hire, you'll participate in a comprehensive training program that will reputed company you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role. Our training schedule includes:

  • First 6 weeks: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday
  • Production schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Pay range: $17.00 - $27.90 per hour
