Palomino Dr. Division: Road Job Posting Title: Senior Logistics Coordinator Time Type: Full Time SUMMARY The Sr. Logistics Coordinator function plays a vital role in interacting with our drivers and our customers. The Sr. Logistics Coordinator's role creates and manages client orders to ensure pickup/deliveries remain on schedule. This position must always display professional demeanor and excellent communication skills. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Schedules and communicates expectations to the hauling department and/or local operations. Including: pick up/delivery time schedules/location and on time expectations.
• Actively accepts accountability for tracking and communicating appropriate information reputed company to customer cargo and resolves problems.
• Work in conjunction with operations & billing departments to ensure that reputed company orders are complete and accurate in multiple systems.
• Electronically register orders using in-house registration system, van line application, and Mover's Suite application.
• Process reputed company necessary paperwork for each order; (i.e., worksheets, quotes, bills of lading, inventories).
• Track the reputed company of every customer order.
• Determine the necessary services and equipment needs for the specific job and communicate reputed company pertinent details effectively to reputed company key departments, drivers and other personnel.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education and/or Experience College degree in Supply Chain and Logistics, a reputed company field or experience in lieu of education. 4 years' industry experience in a reputed company or reputed company role SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
