About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company and results-driven Virtual Sales Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with our professional customers, and executing a sales strategy that meets our business objectives. Key Responsibilities

The Virtual Sales Representative will be responsible for the following key areas:

• 60% Outbound Account Strategy & Management: reputed company and execute a sales strategy to acquire new customers and grow existing relationships, resulting in increased sales and reputed company growth.
• 30% Inbound Account & Order Management: Manage and resolve customer inquiries, orders, and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and competencies:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
