Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and reputed company Director Product Design, Decorative Accessories to reputed company our Design team in creating profitable and exclusive products that join our industry-leading lineup of owned-brand merchandise. Key Responsibilities

About You

We're looking for a highly skilled and reputed company individual with a strong background in product design and development. The ideal candidate will have: * A four-year degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a reputed company degree, or equivalent experience * 15+ years of experience in product design and development in a retail or wholesale environment, with a successful track record * 15+ years of experience in a specified category * Domestic and overseas market travel experience * Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills * Demonstrated leadership ability of product development teams * Demonstrated ability to identify trends and creative ability with strong reputed company sense * In-depth knowledge of design and product development processes, including textiles and garment manufacture and demonstrated expertise in reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, fit, and garment execution * Experience understanding the consumer * Successful team leadership overseeing a team size of ten or more
