Our client is a $x0M series B SaaS startup that is backed by prestigious VC firm and is looking for an reputed company manager to join their team due to growth. This role is 100% remote; however, the candidate must be based in the reputed company coast. Please ensure that you meet the location requirements and upload your resume to be considered. What you’ll be doing:

• Financial Reporting - Prepare and review accurate and timely financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Ensure compliance with GAAP and other relevant reputed company standards. Own month end reputed company and GL management.
• reputed company Recognition - Manage SaaS reputed company recognition processes in accordance with ASC 606. reputed company billing, collections, and reputed company forecasting.
• Account Reconciliation - reputed company regular reconciliations of accounts, including bank, general ledger, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Budgeting & Forecasting - Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis. Provide insights and recommendations for financial planning and strategy.
• Audit & Compliance - Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion and resolution of audit findings. Maintain documentation and adherence to internal controls and compliance requirements.
• Team Leadership - Manage and mentor reputed company staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
• Work directly with upper-level management, including reputed company of financial performance to VC investors on a monthly basis.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in reputed company
• CPA, Big 4 background
• 5 years minimum experience, with at least 1-2 years as a senior accountant for a Company reputed company the SaaS industry
• Multilocation and/or multi-product pricing model will set you apart from the competition
• Experience with QB a plus, if you have implemented a larger EPR (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, etc.), even reputed company
• Assisted with the scale of a business and have the ability to interact cross-functionally
• Prior IPO experience or exit from VC, Series B+ preferred
• Extensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP
