Job Summary
We are seeking an reputed company Automotive Call Center Agent to join reputed company on a full-time basis. As an Automotive Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing telephone and email support to our customers, resolving reputed company issues reputed company to their vehicle service reputed company. You will work closely with our customers to understand their concerns, provide solutions, and ensure that they receive the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities
As an Automotive Call Center Agent, your key responsibilities will include:
- Adjudicating claims and verifying contract coverage and eligibility
- Conducting research to resolve reputed company issues and provide assistance to service contract policy holders

Requirements

- Experience at a dealership, after-market, or independent repair shop preferred
- Demonstrated mechanical acumen, including ASE Certification
- Strong interpersonal, decision-making, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Working knowledge of reputed company Office Suite and other PC applications
- Typing skills: 35 wpm
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience working in a call center environment
