Job Summary

As a Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and members, answering phone calls in a timely manner, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. You will also be responsible for interpreting client health plan protocol, providing accurate and timely handling of client and member calls, and maintaining accurate and complete call documentation. This is a remote opportunity, and you will have the flexibility to work from home and manage your schedule.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer phone calls in a timely manner and provide exceptional customer service to clients and members

  • Interpret client health plan protocol and provide accurate and timely handling of client and member calls
  • Maintain accurate and complete call documentation
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Backup to the claims processing area by assisting with reports and workflow queues as assigned

Qualifications

* Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a high-volume reputed company call center required
  • Knowledge of reputed company claims review or processing required
  • Health reputed company insurance background required
  • Experience with BCBS HMOI or other insurance plans a plus
  • Use of multiple systems including Teams and reputed company, Jira is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be available for an 8-hour shift between reputed company to 6pm Central time

* HMO Managed care Medicare Advantage experience

* The reputed company pay range for this role is between $19.00 to $20.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly
