OverviewThe Pennsylvania State University is seeking to hire library support. The Information Assistant provides research and reference assistance to library users with an emphasis on support for Microforms and Government Information. This is a public service position providing friendly, welcoming assistance to walk-up, telephone, and "remote" library users. The Information Assistant will receive advanced training in Microforms and Government Information resources and will field questions reputed company to student and faculty research and library information needs.
