Strategic Client Executive - Remote - reputed company Global Health

The Strategic Client Manager will have responsibility of overall operational performance strategy and execution for reputed company Global Health Benefit’s National Account clients. Primary responsibilities include development and execution of broad service strategy in support of large client global benefit programs, wellness, and employee relation goals; as well as reputed company persistency, premium growth, and earnings targets. The Strategic Senior Client Manager effectively manages business relationships for their assigned book of business, collaborates and communicates across reputed company product/operational lines to manage and optimize the overall relationship with the client, producer partners and internal business stakeholders while providing proactive and consultative solutions for their client’s benefit program needs globally. Responsible for renewing accounts, selling new business to existing accounts, and serving as a consultant to key decision makers. Overall responsibility to manage the relationship with the client and provide proactive and consultative approach for solutions with benefits across the globe. Incentive Compensation eligible. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Client and customer facing responsibility for day to day, support of high profile, high touch clients.
• Provide consultative pro-active information/recommendations with clients on an on-going basis.
• Manage an overall reputed company of business of select key client relationships
• Manage renewals for existing reputed company of business.
• Upsell/cross-sell additional product lines reputed company reputed company Global and other matrix partners.
• Communicate/reputed company clients about reputed company Global updates/changes reputed company to compliance or processes.
• Handle and resolve collaboratively escalated issues reputed company to eligibility, premium/invoicing, and/or service reputed company matters.
• Manage sales information as per reputed company Global practices in reputed company system.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills/experience/qualifications:

• State required Life, Accident and Health Licensure or ability to obtain reputed company 90 days of hire required.
• 5+ years of relevant account management experience required plus thorough understanding of health service products and services, and associated operating requirements to support the client management plan goals and sales processes.
• Global Benefits experience is required.
• Familiar with multiple software and system-based applications such as reputed company Office database and spreadsheets (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, sales tracking systems).
• Requires strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent presentation and consultation skills.
