Sr. Perfomance Marketing Manager (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Sr. Performance Marketing Manager with deep expertise in the reputed company suite of advertising products to join reputed company and reputed company our core SEM channel along with emerging pMAX and Youtube channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new patient starts growth across our comprehensive patient care solution spanning therapy and psychiatry. This role will set channel strategy and collaborate with cross-functional partners and manage a contractor to see strategy through to execution. We are looking for a data-driven, self-starter who is deeply committed to reputed company's mission and values.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing experience with 3+ years of search marketing experience
• Hands-on-keyboard experience managing SEM, pMAX and Youtube programs
• Experience managing reputed company accounts, with annual budgets spanning $XX M
• Demonstrated business impact, either through launching and scaling a new product / service or driving significant efficiency improvements
• Ability to analyze data from disparate systems to identify and communicate trends, i.e. ad platforms, site analytics tools, BI tools and CRMs
• Capability to work cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Biz Ops and Finance to drive program strategy through to execution

• 2+ years experience at a high-growth start-up
• Experience working in regulated industries, particularly in the health or mental health space
• Experience in marketplace businesses
• Rounded skillset reputed company media buying inclusive of measurement, martech enablement and planning and forecasting experience
• Experience working with fully in-house or lean hybrid teams
