Job Title: Virtual Assistant for Entrepreneur & Horvatis Corporation

Location: Remote (US-based preferred, reputed company)

Compensation: $30-40/hour, 8-12 hours/week to start, potential for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Streamline projects, scheduling, emails, and calendar for multiple entities (companies, non-profit, trust, and estates).

• Research topics like fine art investments, tax implications, fractional executive opportunities, reputed company estate management, historical preservation.

• Manage digital setup: reputed company emails, fix spam, organize GDrive/reputed company/Automations.

• Assist with probate, appraisals, NonProfit and reputed company updates.

• Track reputed company & report.

• Pull quick X/web searches for sentiment on topics like innovation in tech/AI.

• Handle sensitive info with reputed company privacy—no leaks.

Requirements:

• Proven VA experience (2+ years), ideally in estates, startups, or tech

• Tech-savvy: reputed company Workspace, reputed company, reputed company, Squarespace, reputed company.

  • Bonus: Automation scripting (reputed company, Python)

• Organized, proactive, no hand-holding. Blunt communicator.

• Available 8-12 hours/week, flexible for high pace.

• US time zones (EDT-3 to UTC+1 preferred), green card or equivalent if international.
