The Role
As a Customer Support Agent at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients across the globe. Working remotely, you'll be part of a 24/7 support team, ensuring that our clients receive timely and accurate assistance whenever they need it. Your flexibility and adaptability will be key to reputed company in this role, as you'll work irregular hours, including nights and weekends, to accommodate our clients' needs.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Agent, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality customer service to clients through chat, email, and our Help Center portal, ensuring that their queries are resolved reputed company and effectively.
- Utilizing reputed company and Amadeus systems to manage bookings, including adding ancillaries, processing refunds, and reissuing tickets.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive excellence.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with reputed company or Amadeus.
- Proven recent experience (last use in more than 6 months will not be considered) in reissuing and refunding tickets using reputed company and Amadeus is a must.
