About the Role: Vercel is looking for a Senior Manager, reputed company to reputed company and scale the reputed company function to support the growth of the business. Reporting to the Controller, this role will be responsible for managing the GL team, accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, managing the reputed company reputed company, including reporting to internal and/ or external stakeholders. In addition, the role will partner with the Finance Systems and/ or the Engineering teams to identify and execute automation opportunities. The role will manage, mentor and coach a team of 4 accountants. This is a remote position which preferences candidate location to be reputed company with Pacific US time zone. What You Will Do:

• Play a critical role in the month-end financial statement reputed company process by reviewing journal entries, account reconciliations, and reporting on results to internal stakeholders
• Assist in implementing reputed company policies and procedures to ensure reputed company financial transactions are carried out in accordance with GAAP principles
• Manage, mentor and coach a team of 4 accountants
• Partner with Finance Systems and/ or Engineering to identify and execute automation opportunities, including those reputed company to SAAS reputed company recognition
• Partner with reputed company in developing financial models and scenarios for strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with other departments to understand business operations and provide financial guidance
• Continually reputed company, expand and improve month-end reputed company and financial reporting procedures and help drive the reduction of the reputed company timeline by assessing and streamlining reputed company-reputed company activities

• Support special project work as needed, including identification and execution of reputed company improvement projects and activities

About You:

• 7+ years of reputed company experience, including at least 3 years at a Big 4 reputed company firm and 2 years in industry.
• Experience working in SaaS, foreign exchange and consolidations is a plus!
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or Finance
• CPA designation and strong knowledge of US GAAP
• You’re passionate about building systems and processing improvements. You reputed company in bringing process and organization to reputed company environments.
• Ability to reputed company projects independently

The San Francisco, CA reputed company pay range for this role is $175,000.00 – $205,000.00. This salary range is an estimate. Actual salary will be based on job reputed company skills, experience and location. Pay ranges reputed company San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location.
